This is a fabulous little project if you are new to embroidery or are looking for a small, quick and easy project to make. This pin-cushion and scissor sheath featuring bright and cheerful flowers remind us of Anna’s garden on a beautiful summer morning and will add a little bit of sunshine to your sewing room at any time of year. The simple flowers and foliage are embroidered with crewel wool onto quality Italian linen using basic embroidery stitches. Both items are backed with complementing print cotton. The detailed instructions and diagrams will help guide you step by step through the project however, you might find it helpful to have a stitch directory at hand.

The pin-cushion measures 11cm (4¼”) square and the scissor sheath fits a pair of 4″ embroidery scissors
