We make every effort to ensure your parcel is packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Please note that all shipping times are from the date your payment is processed, not from the date when the order is placed.
For shipping of orders within Australia please allow at least 7 to 10 working days.
For shipping of International orders please allow at least 10 to 20 working days.
If you choose to have your order shipped using Express Post, please note that payments processed prior to 11am will be dispatched on the same day, while payments processed after 11am will be dispatched the following working day.
Please note that Express Post is only guaranteed for next business day delivery within the Express Post network.
Orders containing a back order item will be sent as soon as the back order item is in stock.
If the current order and back order are requested to be sent separately, additional postage cost will be charged.
Kit orders are packed and shipped at our nearest opportunity. Delays may be experienced from time to time due to factors beyond our control such as delivery delays from our suppliers.
While we make every effort to ensure your parcel arrives at the correct destination, there are a number of factors outside of our control when you opt to use the standard mail system.
If you would like the ability to track your order’s progress once it leaves us, we suggest you request Australia Post International Express to ship your order – you must supply a physical address not a PO box for these methods, and you will need to have someone available to sign for the package when it arrives.
In situations where your package has gone astray because we have made a mistake with your address, we will ship the package again free of charge, but the responsibility for supplying the correct address does however lie with you the customer.
To ensure a prompt reply to your order enquiries, please always include your order number or subscriber number with your other details.
