Requirements:

For all classes you will be expected to bring a general sewing kit including sharp embroidery scissors and sewing machine where required. Additional magnification and lighting, if needed, will also be the responsibility of the student to provide.


Stitch & Chat with Di

Stitch and Chat allows students to work on their own project with assistance from an experienced lecturer. Not only a great for social activity but perfect for support with difficult elements of a project.

 Beginners Schwalm Class with Chritsine Bishop

Beginners schwalm class allows students to develop skills and techniques to create white work and pulled thread work pieces. In this class students will create a schwalm drawstring bag with a heart motif on the front.beginners schwalm

Beginners Smocking Class with Di

In this class students learn how to prepare a piece for smocking and smocking stitches. Applicable to a variety of projects this is a class not to miss.

We have designed this class to learn various embroidery stitches and gain tips to help you start and gain confidence completing embroidery projects.

Dressmaking Skills Class with Di Kirchner

This class is ideal for absolute beginners. The basic stitches and techniques are easily transferable to dressmaking for both adults and children. Students will make a sampler in the first class before starting their garment in the second class.
